FACTORS INFLUENCING OUR HEALTH

There are five major factors that decide how healthy we are...

  1. FOOD AND WATER
  2. WORK
  3. SLEEP
  4. SEX
  5. THOUGHTS

If we have a principle in dealing with the above mentioned factors, there we are, vitality in our hands.
So, what is the principle?
Neither ignoring, nor over indulging is the key. We have to follow the limit and method in handling these.

The change in one or more factors mentioned above causes an increase or decrease in the temperature of blood that leads to biochemical changes in it. The change may be an increase or decrease in the various constituents (micro and macro nutrients) of blood. This ultimately hinders the heat, air and bio magnetic energy circulation through blood. 
 As a result, proper blood flow through various organs of the body is disturbed. This appears as a pain or disease in a particular organ. When pain is prolonged in time and spread in area, it is called disease. Depending upon the type of disturbance in blood, circulation and the organ associated, diseases are given different names. But ultimately, the change of bio chemicals in the blood and confusion in its circulation are the reasons for any disease.
  Bio magnetic energy stored in our body  recovers it from pain and illness. When the damage is higher than the level of bio magnetic energy in stock, the body falls ill.
   To replenish the bio magnetic energy, we have to stop spending it externally, follow the limit and method in our activities and take rest. Then the body can recover all by itself. In a very few occasions do we need medical assistance...
