WORK

Physical activity improves muscle strength and boosts our endurance. Exercise and physical activity deliver oxygen and nutrients to the tissues and help cardiovascular system work more efficiently. When our heart and lungs work more efficiently, we have more energy.

When the heat in the blood reduces, we feel lazy and tired. So it is always good to be active. Even aged people, those who have retired, have to engage themselves in some physical activity to keep their blood warm. It is obvious that only warm blood can flow properly and reach out all the cells in the body and oxygenate them.

Working doesn't mean hard working. It is commonly being misunderstood that hard working keeps the body free from diseases. Actually it is not so. Hardworking exhausts all energy from our body. We must compensate the energy lost by taking ample rest. Otherwise our body becomes weak.

Similarly working in the night weakens the body. We are supposed to sleep during the night, allowing the body to regain it's bio magnetic energy from the cosmic energy around us. Kidneys and liver in our body store the vital energy necessary for the body which is used up in case of accidents, diseases and other emergencies. When we are awake even after we feel sleepy, our body uses up all the energy reserved in these organs. In due course we become weak and fall sick, which compels us to take rest.

There are also people who do not take enough rest even when they fall sick. This is the greatest blunder that they can do against their body. I have seen them taking some medicine that give them an instant relief and continue to work. Medicines only conceal the effect of the disease from the brain, so that they are not able to feel its presence. The effect subsides, but the disease continues to grow. And it comes back with a big bang later. At that time, they will have any other go but to take bed rest (longer) or even get hospitalized.

Hence moderate physical activity in a proper time is necessary for a good health.
